Shanita Nicholas once shared with her former colleague turned friend, Amanda-Jane Thomas, that she wanted to ultimately retire from being a corporate lawyer then open up a coffee shop, become a barista and travel the world. Little did they both know that the dream of owning a coffee shop would happen sooner rather than later.
